Bio
Camren Allen is a PhD Student researching how visual messages that use stereotypes may influence an individuals' behaviors, attitudes, and beliefs. By utilizing experimental and computational methodologies , he aims to understand the communicative aspects of stereotype effects, exploring how visual stimuli impacts behaviors within diverse contexts and among different demographic groups. Additionally, his work contributes to the development of the Stereotype Threat theoretical framework within the realm of communication, aiming to enhance our comprehension of how visual messages can be effectively utilized in health communication strategies.
